Every figure ships in a collector's box with the piece visible through the die-cut window. You can leave it sealed or you can crack it. Cracking is permanent, it is public, and it is the same decision the series is about: what is worth more to you kept whole, and what is worth more to you alive in your hands.
The box is the product. Window, trade dress, figure number, barcode. The whole piece is designed to be worth owning without ever opening it.
One tap opens the box into the display figure permanently. Spin it, light it, photograph it. There is no putting it back.
Issue #001 yields six figures. Four roll out first, the last two follow. A set is something you finish across a cycle, not something you buy in one click.
Every crack removes a sealed copy from the world forever. The sealed population only ever shrinks, and the count will be public.
